Katy Perry. 50 Cent. Cameron Diaz. Just some celebs bitten by the unique Maserati GranTurismo charm and its god-like parallels. Testament to the irresistible allure of a true Italian style icon, the seductively formed GranTurismo flaunts features like feline-sleek curves and a luscious come-hither grille to create obsession at first sight – the spikes of Neptune’s trident on the central logo a razor-edged reminder of the cult status of this legendary Maserati. There aren’t many wedding cars in Cheshire that turn heads like this Maserati wedding car does!
107 years ago in 1914, the Maserati brothers Alfieri, Ernesto and Ettore worked intensely on the creation of the first Maserati. However, another of their brother, Mario, who was an artist and knew nothing about engines was called in to design the logo.
Mario chose to use one of the most characteristic symbols of Bologna: the trident from the statue of Neptune in Piazza Maggiore, a symbol of strength and vigour. He also adopted the colours red and blue from the banner of the city of Bologna, which to this day remain the colours of Maserati.
The brothers hardly could have imagined the impact they would have on the world. Their story is one of endurance and embracing challenge, of going the distance and winning. They did it all in audacious Italian style.
Comfortably seating four, our Maserati wedding car experience offers this exceptionally spacious and aerodynamic Pininfarina-designed powerhouse that packs a Maserati-Ferrari engineered V8 engine. This is a special and incredibly rare car that drives men wild and women wilder still, the ecstatic scream of its naturally aspirated all-Italian V8 engine, a battle-cry that attracts attention wherever it goes.
